There are numerous maintenance companies, mainly in the U.K. and Japan, and staff can learn the skills needed to maintain the machines. The nacelle on top of a tower made by made by U.S.-based Ambor Structures. The tower can be lowered using a hydraulic ram for annual maintenance.
